Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Statistical Analyst to ensure accurate data collection, entry, and validation, and to perform analysis that supports business decisions. The role involves preparing clear reports, providing recommendations, and improving statistical methods for greater efficiency and accuracy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

-  Analyze the necessity and feasibility of data collection to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

-  Ensure the data collected meets statistical standards and avoids errors or omissions.

-  Encode the data for easier processing and analysis

-  Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry.

-  Use validation programs or manual checks to ensure data reliability.

-  Based on the results, write analysis reports and provide recommendations or solutions.

-  Explain the data analysis clearly to ensure the report is easy to understand.

-  improve the statistical methods and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

-  Regularly back up the data to ensure its security and recoverability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.)

-  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.

-  At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant and Tax compliance.

-  Proficiency in Khmer, English and Chinese is a plus.

-  Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.

-  Sensitive to data and responsible。  

-  Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

-  Proficient in various software tools.
