Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
+Strategic & Financial Planning
-Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and long-term plans.
-Oversee annual budgeting and long-term forecasting processes.
-Provide financial insight and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
+Financial Management & Reporting
-Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budget.
-Present financial results and KPIs to the senior leadership team and relevant stakeholders.
+Cash Flow & Treasury
-Manage cash flow ensuring the company’s liquidity and funding requirements are met.
-Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, investments, and financing activities.
+Internal Control & Compliance
-Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
-Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
-Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
+Risk Management
-Identify financial and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Implement and monitor financial risk management processes and policies.
+Team Leadership
-Lead, coach and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the department.
+Stakeholder Management
-Serve as a key contact for external parties such as auditors, banks, regulators, and shareholders.
-Partner with other departments to support business initiatives and drive operational excellence.

+Education & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
-Master’s Degree (MBA) or Professional Certification (CPA / ACCA / CFA) is strongly preferred.
+Experience
-Minimum 10 years up of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
-Must be speaking in Chinese.
-Solid experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, reporting, and strategic business partnering.
-Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing / financial services / FMCG] preferred.
-Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
-Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Proficient in financial systems and MS Excel.
