JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and maintaining applicant records. The intern will also assist with employer branding, reporting, and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and company websites.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status updates.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 (Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.)

  • A 3rd or 4th year student or a fresh graduate.  
  • Good in English and Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
