Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Analyst Manager - Data Modeling & Science, you will lead business analysis and data initiatives. You will manage requirements, oversee data models, and work with data science teams to deliver insights that drive business strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot).
• Lead the design and validation of enterprise-level data models to support analytics and reporting.
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights for business and product optimization.
• Collaborate with data science teams to define requirements for predictive modeling, machine learning, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and scalability across multiple platforms and domains.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring professional development and delivery excellence.
• Establish and maintain BA standards, templates, and best practices for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, product managers, and technical leads to gather and validate requirements.
• Drive prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and propose mitigation strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of BA experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, payment systems, gaming platforms, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of complexity business environmental workflow.
• Proficient in tools like SQL, BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI), Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
